Job Summary
Oliva is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and passionate about mixology. Availability of 3 to 5 nights per week is required.

Responsibilities
- Take and fulfill drink orders accurately and promptly
- Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and comply with all state and federal laws
- Collect payments and operate the Aloha POS system
- Maintain and restock bar supplies and ingredients
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and mopping
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a similar environment preferred
- Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
