Title: Bartender - Part Time

Role Responsibilities:

Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers, maintaining a 2-minute production cycle for a 15 drink tray.
Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe.
Communicate with beverage servers and present drinks to guests or servers as required.
Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils according to safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and stocked workstation.
Operate a cash register accurately, handling all cash, charge, and complimentary sales with integrity.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed.
Serve as an ambassador of goodwill, participating in customer and public relations functions.
Promote casino events, programs, and collaborate with Total Rewards to encourage new card sign-ups.
Work effectively with beverage servers, bartenders, bar porters, supervisors, and other staff.
Provide personalized service using guest names.
Resolve service issues according to guidelines.
Incorporate flair bartending skills such as spinning and flipping shaker tins, multi-pouring, bottle grabs, glass and garnish tosses.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods (up to 4 hours).
Calm and rational decision-making in employee conflict situations.
Ability to navigate property including stairs (minimum 20 steps) and escalators.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and perform physical movements including push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
Respond to visual and auditory cues.
Manual dexterity to operate computers and office equipment.
Tolerance for dust, loud noises, and bright lights.
Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Clear and persuasive verbal communication.
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Education & Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to count money and make change accurately.
Knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques.
Must maintain high appearance standards as prescribed by the Beverage department.
Must be at least 21 years old.

License Requirements:

None

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of bartending experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
