We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will prepare handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages while delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service. Whether supporting a nationally recognized restaurant brand or a locally inspired dining concept, you will help create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for travelers from around the world.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All Paradies Lagardère positions, including Bartender, require a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency and professionalism during all shifts. Guest Service & Hospitality

Provide friendly, fast, and attentive customer service to all guests
Greet guests promptly and create a positive first impression
Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently
Build rapport with guests and create memorable dining experiences
Make menu recommendations and suggestive sales to enhance the guest experience
Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests
Deliver first-class hospitality in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment

Bartending & Beverage Preparation

Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
Maintain knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, beer selections, and wine offerings
Ensure proper drink presentation, garnishes, and glassware standards
Verify guest identification and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and handle intoxicated guests professionally
Follow all local and state liquor laws and food safety regulations

Restaurant Operations

Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash and credit transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked bar area
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Assist with inventory management, stocking, and replenishment of bar supplies
Support overall restaurant cleanliness including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with servers, cooks, managers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times

Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and teamwork
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced restaurant and airport environment
Support leadership decisions and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Perform additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1 year bartending experience required
Restaurant, hospitality, bar, lounge, or food service experience preferred
Experience in high-volume bars, airport restaurants, hotels, or casual dining environments is a plus
Food Handler Certification and alcohol awareness certification preferred (ServSafe or equivalent)
Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and liquor service
Experience using POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
Basic math and cash handling skills required

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused hospitality environment
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform bending, reaching, walking, and stocking tasks
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, outgoing, and guest-oriented personality
Commitment to providing excellent food and beverage service
