Salary: $62,000 - $68,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations management of the restaurant
- Utilize data proactively for operational decision-making
- Assist with daily financial management
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Ensure safety and security of guests and team members
- Support coaching, counseling, training, and development of front-of-house team members
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Proficient in Aloha POS, Microsoft Excel, Word, and ability to learn in-house accounting software
- Commitment to schedules that meet operational goals
- Ability to stand and move quickly for up to six hours
- Physical capability to bend, kneel, and lift bus tubs, glass racks, and trays weighing 25-50 pounds
